Pozicija 1 - Brand Manager
Piramida 72 is announcing
a vacancy for the position of:

Brand manager

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of brand strategies that ensure growth, recognition, and profitability in the markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia. This role requires strategic brand management through an analytical approach, creativity, and efficient resource management, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Develop and implement brand strategies, manage core brand values through various activities to strengthen their market position
— Create and implement annual marketing plans, including all elements of the marketing mix (product, price, distribution, promotion)
— Manage marketing communications across all media channels
— Analyze and optimize the product portfolio, identify opportunities for growth or product withdrawal
— Actively monitor the market, identify trends in the industry and consumer needs, and explore opportunities to improve existing products and develop new ones
— Define and implement the product launch plan in coordination with relevant teams
— Present strategies and new products to all markets
— Define and control the marketing budget
— Continuously track brand performance across all markets, conducting analyses and taking corrective actions to improve key performance indicators (sales, market share, profitability)
— Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
— At least 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in similar positions in the FMCG industry
— A university degree (Faculty of Economics or Faculty of Organizational Sciences)
— Proficiency in English
— Proficient in MS Office
— B category driver’s license
— Experience in strategic and operational brand management
— Strong communication and organizational skills
— Ability to efficiently coordinate with various teams and departments

Piramida 72 is announcing
a vacancy for the position of:

Sales analyst

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Analyst to support our team in analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and optimizing sales strategies. In this role, you will be key in providing relevant information and recommendations to improve business results and make strategic decisions in collaboration with internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and create reports highlighting existing trends
— Perform advanced analysis of sales results and propose action plans
— Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, periodic) by sales program, categories, sales channels, and customers
— Prepare and analyze data for commercial meetings, prepare presentations as needed, and present results through advanced tools
— Monitor sales expenses
— Prepare revenue budgets based on various distribution sales and marketing parameters, business visions, and alignment with business strategies
— Analyze key sales drivers such as pricing policy, new products, delisting, cannibalization, and assortment deepening
— Optimize and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency
— Initiate improvements in reporting to enhance effectiveness
— Collaborate with management, sales, and marketing teams to improve sales strategies
— Communicate with the IT department to enhance information systems and improve data processing and reporting

— At least 3 years of experience as an analyst or in similar positions in the FMCG industry
